Employment

There are a number of services available to people who are looking for work. Many of these will have specific eligibility criteria. These criteria may be based on where a person lives, how old they are, if they have a health condition, what their ethnicity is, etc. It’s always worth contacting the organisation to check this before making a referral.

The following organisations can help with all sorts of employment-related issues, from assisting people to build a CV, to interview skills, to support for job searching, and work experience placements. Not every organisation will provide the same service and often someone will be eligible to access more than one service. Providing service users with as much information as possible will help ensure they can make the right choice to meet their needs.
